How did you come up with the name?

I was thinking of a fun and catchy name that plays on the idea of deliciously sweet treats. The "Too Sweetz" part makes it sound playful and irresistible, while "Dessert STL" keeps it local and clear about what you offer.

What prompted you to start a food truck?

Wanting to bring our sweet treats brands to the streets of St Louis.

What's on your food truck menu? Why did you choose this cuisine?

Our menu consists of assorted flavors of cheesecakes. That what the public was lacking mobile cheesecakes.

Do you make all the food on the truck or do you use home-based kitchen or commissary space?

Commissary.

What's the best part of being a food truck operator?

Bring sweets to the streets.

What's the worst part of operating a food truck?

Long hours.

What lessons have you learned since launching the truck?

Managing operations and customer services.
