The fast casual industry is known as the restaurant sector's great innovator. Never afraid to explore technology, test new menu trends or enhance operations, these brands have inspired QSRs, casual and fine-dining concepts to make similar changes in order to fuel growth.

That would not be possible, however, without the blood, sweat and tears of the men and women, who lead them each day. Their vision and leadership inspired us last year to launch the Fast Casual Hall of Fame, and we are honored to recognize the 2023 Class at this year'sFast Casual Executive Summit, being held Oct. 8-10 in Louisville.

Each leader will attend the summit on Oct. 8, where they'll take the stage to accept the award and share leadership experience, strategies as well as a few lessons learned along the way. A cocktail reception will follow the short ceremony, which is included in all event tickets.

The FastCasual Hall of Fame's inaugural class was honored at last year's summit in Indianapolis and included:

  • Former Fazoli's CEO Carl Howard.
  • Former Panera CEO Blaine Hurst.
  • Native Foods CEO Carin Stutz.
