3 sisters launch acai bowl food truck

It's truly all in the family for one food truck operation in Helena, Montana.

Sisters Payton, Paige and Presley Aasved are the driving force behind the Aasved Acai food truck offering up acai bowl fare, according to a KVTH report.

The trio said that while there have been more than a few learning curves, from dealing with paperwork to ingredients and even learning to drive the truck, it's been worth all the hard work.

"It's super nice, you get to create your own schedule. That's what I've loved about it. But I'd say the most stressful part is it all comes back to you," Payton told the news outlet. "You don't have other people to like… It's just my sisters and I running this all."
