4 food trucks coming to NFL Draft campus

There will be four food trucks coming to the NFL Draft in Green Bay, Wisconsin from April 24 to 26. The Green Bay Food Truck Coalition will be overseeing the trucks during the event, which is expected to draw 240,000 people, according to a report by Fox 11 News.

The trucks will include The Dough Shoppe, Taqueria Maldonado's, Frybread Shack and Purple Basil.

"I think the part that is nerve wracking is trying to figure out how much product to have because we don't want to run out and we don't want to have too much," Shannon Heupel, owner of The Dough Shoppe and head of The Green Bay Food Truck Coalition, said in the report.

The Coalition will also have four food trucks at the Bar on Holmgren Way and six to 10 trucks in a lot in the corner of Holmgren Way and Lombardi Avenue.
