More than 30 food trucks will be on hand, beginning at 3 p.m., tomorrow, for the Fourth of July Great Umpqua Food Truck Competition at the Douglas County Fairgrounds in Roseburg, Oregon, according to The News-Review. The final judging for the food trucks will take place at 4 p.m. Admission is free.
Food trucks include: Bacon Nation; Banh Mi Saigon; Burgers and Q; CABA Authentic Argentine Empanadas; Casa de Belen Chill Mobile; Chau's Little Vietnam; Coalesce Juicery & Whole Foods Kitchen; Curbside King; Daddy Ramen; Darkside of the Q; Dragon Wagon; El Quetzel; Fuel Mobile Kitchen; G.G Sugarplum Mobile Bakery; Granny's Mini Hut; The Grilled Cheez Guy; Mac and Cheese Steaks; Max's Taco's; Outlaw Grill and BBQ; Pearl & Barley; Riverblendz Coffee; Rocket Dogs; Rolling Thunder BBQ; Salud; Seouly Fusion; Smokey G's BBQ; Stick a Pork In It; Tacos el Machin; Tam's Place Vietnamese Cuisine; Umpqua Dairy; Wok Star; and Wrappin and Rollin.
