7shifts, a labor management platform, is debuting an all-in-one employee engagement dashboard geared for the restaurant industry.
The dashboard provides key insights on staff engagement, according to a press release, and is built on a set of key behavioral indicators that let operators instantly identify the most and the least engaged members of the team.
That data can be used to boost staff employee job satisfaction and reduce turnover of staff, according to the release.
