A burger food truck blooms in Indiana

One of the latest food trucks in Indiana is selling burgers and fries inspired by immigrant cuisines.

The Bloom Burger food truck, which operates out of the Fifth Third Bank parking lot, opened its doors on April 21, according to a Indiana Daily Student report.

The truck is owned by Hallie Baumann, who said she was inspired by a great aunt who taught her Syrian style cuisine and also introduced her to a wide range of foods.

Burger options range from a "Gyro hero" to a miso-influenced burger.
