A carnivore of a food truck in Missouri

One of the newest food trucks serving up residents in Springfield, Missouri is the Backyard Carnivore truck at 2852 W. Republic Road.

The owner is Dustin O'Neal, a chef for 33 years, according to a Springfield News-Leader report.

The truck serves up BBQ, soup, tacos and sandwiches, including one featuring rib meat and smoke sausage.

"It's what I've done all my life," O'Neal told the news outlet. "Every day you have to come with a special; my mind is constantly thinking like that."
