A challenge to feed hungry during COVID-19 delivers meals to 4,000 diners

A unique, and charitable event in San Antonio, Texas proved satisfying to hungry residents this past Sunday.

It was the Feed the Community Challenge, which pitted food trucks and restaurants against each other to provide free meals to the community, according to a CBS Austin report.

The effort delivered big time, with 4,000 plates offered up on one day to those hungry during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
