A duck of a food truck on Long Island’s east end

One of the latest food trucks on Long Island, New York is the Duck Yeah food truck which serves up — what else — duck.

The farm-to-truck truck, operating in Moriches, offers everything from duck burgers to duck fat fries and duck tacos, according to a Newsday report. All menu ingredients are grown on a Pennsylvania farm.

"We put together a menu that would be more approachable to the every day consumer," owner Michael Jurgielewicz told the news outlet. "People think of duck as an Asian or French delicacy that they won't cook at their house."
