Alabama food truck is all about southern cuisine

One of the latest food trucks rolling around Birmingham, Alabama is the Ladybird and Charlie food truck, owned and operated by Rob and Alexis Hendrich.

The truck offers modern southern cuisine and the owners boast deep experience in running restaurants and hospitality management, according to a report at The Homewood Star.

The truck is named after the couple's dogs and the menu features everything from catfish and steak to coconut braised pork shoulder.
