Amarillo foodies have a few more food truck options

Three new food trucks are rolling around Amarillo, Texas.

The trucks include Dirty Uncle Monty's, Cocina on the Go and Hibachi Kingdom, according to a News Channel 10 report.

Hibachi Kingdom offers Japanese fare and classics with a twist and serves at the corner of 10th St. and Buchanan; Cocina on the Go offers up asada fries and vegan options next to the Pondeseta Brewing Co.; and Dirty Uncle Monty's sells southern food with a healthy focus.
