Amarillo, Texas to ease food truck rules

Amarillo, Texas is updating its public health code to allow for more food trucks and dog-friendly restaurants, according to KPLC-TV. Changes were recently approved by the city council and are supported by the Amarillo Restaurant Board.

The environmental health codes relating to food establishments haven't been updated in about 17 years.
