Openings are still available for operators of food trucks and food tents interested in serving at the Off The Grid mobile food market from March to October in San Francisco, according to a press release from Dadascope Communcations, which manages Off the Grid. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications are due Friday, Jan. 25.
Selected applicants will be invited for a tasting session at Off the Grid headquarters. Food trucks and tents will be chosen from this group based on creativity, quality and presentation, with bonus points for an engaged social media presence, according to the press release.
