Arkansas food truck is all about the beignet

A food truck in Bentonville, Arkansas is getting noticed, and building a fan following, due to its New Orleans-like dessert offerings.

A top seller grabbing fans is the Meaux Beignet, according to an Axios Northwest Arkansas report.

The beignets are varied — from regular to the woo pig sooie (featuring raspberry ice cream) to pecan candy.

The food truck is often parked at the Bentonville Brewing Co.
