Arkansas food truck is all about the wing

One of the latest food trucks to open in Texarkana, Arkansas is Fred's Wings-n-Things.

The truck held its official grand opening last weekend at its location in Brother's Food Court at 710 East 4th Street, according to a Kicker 102.5 report.

It's owned by Freddie and Brittany Barnett, and the grand opening included live music and family fun activities. It will be open Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Weekday hours are 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday.
