Army couple brings family inspiration to food truck operation

Jason Baldwin and his wife, Brenda, both Army veterans, are driving a new career as well as new food truck fare in Battle Creek, Michigan.

The family's food truck, On the Roll, launched last year and has found success with their family-inspired menu that features a specialty created at the family's dinner table: signature spaghetti in a garlic bread roll. There's also cherry-smoked pulled pork on mac and cheese, according to a Battle Creek Enquirer report.

The truck serves up its unique fare at Great Lakes Holistics as well as on Columbia Avenue and at a local distilling company.

The food truck initially launched as a mobile tent eatery.
