Atlanta restaurant readying for food truck launch

The Nouveau Bar & Grill, in Georgia, is getting ready to launch its first food truck come next month.

The food truck will offer a variety of seafood and grits options with an infused Cajun liquor sauce as well as liquor-infused chicken wings. Non-alcoholic dishes include Impossible quesadillas, waffles and catfish, according to a press release. Launch time is early April.

Owner Ebony Austin runs two restaurant locations, in College Park and Jonesboro.

The 20-foot-truck will be stationed at the Jonesboro location at 103 W Mill Street.
