Austin bagel stand to open food truck

David Doughie's, a farmers market stand in Austin, Texas, plans to open a new food truck called David Doughie's Bagelry. This truck will offer New York-style sourdough bagels with Barton Springs Mills flavor with flavors such as za'atar and jalapeno-cheddar cheese with many types of cream cheeses and schmears including smoked salmon cream cheese, honey butter and scallion cream cheese, according to a report by Austin Eater.

The food truck will also offer smoked salmon, pastrami-smoked salmon, smoked white fish and more, with snacks added on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays like bagel chips and pickle bowls.
