Bakersfield food truck holds a fundraiser for family of 8-year-old killed in car crash

A food truck in Bakersfield, California, held a fundraiser for 8-year old Xxavien Hernandez's family. He was filled in a car crash near the Mariscos El Cholo food truck, according to a report by 23 ABC.

The boy was killed when a pickup truck slammed into him and his father Tony Hernandez. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Cassandra Soerjono, Xxavien's aunt said she was overwhelmed by the support from the community.

"They didn't have to do this, and they did, and they showed up and showed out, and we are very much appreciative of that," she said.
