Bar closing spurs owner to launch a food truck

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic may have forced Nathan Gallineau to shutter his bar in Pineville, Louisiana, but it isn't deterring his entrepreneurial spirit.

Gallineau launched a food truck in late October, 2020 called That's Nachobizness and is finding that running a food truck is quite a bit different than running his former bar, the Moonshine Saloon, according to a KALB.com report. For instance, his day now starts before 6 a.m. and his hours are flexible.

His truck serves up from the Main Street Food Truck Park.

"Glad I moved to something different, something better," Gallinaeau told the news outlet.
