BBQ banana split anyone?

In the world of food truck fare there are many unique menu items, but one Minnesota food truck has to be at the top of the list with a BBQ banana split offering.

That's just one of many BBQ menu items from the RM BBQ Beast food truck that sells its fare in the St. Cloud Midtown Square Mall parking lot, according to a St. Cloud Times report.

Russ Moss, an Army vet, runs his truck Wednesdays through Saturdays and opens at 11 a.m. He closes when he sells out of food, which is very often. Rib tips are the top favorite but other bestsellers include brisket and the dessert item, according to the report.

"I always try to think of creative new ideas," Moss told the news outlet.
