BBQ pitmaster launches a food truck

Denny Antel, a pitmaster in Amarillo, Texas, now is the owner and operator of Pork N Things, a food truck that is serving up BBQ fare and providing his cooking team an opportunity to hone and show their skills.

Antel decided to go the food truck route as BBQ competitions are rare given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, according to a Studio4 report.

Pork N Things offers pulled pork, sliced or chopped brisket, sausage, ribs, sandwiches and sides.
