Belleville, New Jersey to open food truck park

The town of Belleville, New Jersey will soon have a food truck park. The Belleville Food Truck Park will open in Spring 2026 and will feature Wi-Fi, picnic tables and multiple trucks on rotation, according to a report by Montclair Girl.

The park will have two trucks each month on rotation to ensure a variety of cuisine. Food trucks have begun sending in applications to the township.

"We didn't want the same food trucks for the entire season," Mayor Michael Melham told the news outlet. "Right now the goal is two food trucks for a month, then two different ones the next month, and we'll see how it plays out."
