Big anticipation for Texas food truck return

Fans of the Underground Pizza food truck have been waiting four months for the venture to return to Texarkana, Texas.

The truck, owned by local resident Tyle Traut, is still undergoing renovations, but Traut hopes to have it up and running by September, according to a TXK Today report.

"My birthday is Sept. 3, and my goal for myself is to have it open and ready by my birthday," Traut told the news outlet.

Traut will be selling pizza by the slice and aims to deliver a new taste. The truck location will be at Crossties 324 E. Broad St.

"I designed and made my own crust recipe, which blows the old pizzas out of the water. I am really excited for everyone to try it, it truly is amazing," Traut said.
