Bike coffee cart transforms into food truck

A two-year-old, bicycle-based coffee service in Panama City, Florida has evolved into a full-fledged food truck selling cold brew.

The owner, Daniel Pratt, partnered with Water's Edge Coffee Roasters on the truck which serves Panama City Beach, according to a Panama City News Herald report.

The food truck serves up its beverages at 2511 Thomas Drive.

"When I started, I was only selling black coffee, and I quickly realized that people loved the idea, so I knew I wanted to go to the next level with this business," Pratt told the news outlet. "I realized that we (locals) are responsible for making Panama City a more enjoyable and beautiful place to live."

Pratt has plans to open coffee shops and also sell his coffee brand in retail locations.

"Panama City Coffee Co. will be a household name," he told the news outlet.
