Bike shop launches own food truck

A bike and gear store in Bellingham, Washington now is home to its own food truck.

The Outpost Eats at Transition Bikes at 5090 Samish Way is now serving a wide range of fare from tofu bowls to caramel pork sandwiches, according to a Bellingham Herald report.
