Birmingham sushi chain launches food truck by feeding the homeless

Wasabi Juan's, a Birmingham, Alabama, sushi restaurant chain, launched a food truck by partnering with Church of the Highlands to feed the homeless in downtown Birmingham on the church's annual Serve Day, July 14.

The company will open its third location in Inverness Heights Market, according to Bham Now, a mobile Birmingham news source. A fourth restaurant is also planned.
