Boca food truck is going big on 'mini' route

One of the newest food trucks in Boca Raton, Florida is one that's proud to be "mini." Mini in truck size that is, not in the menu approach.

The Santana's Mini Food Truck offers up Latin fare, from seasoned white rice to pork bowls as well as sweet plantains, according to a Boca Magazine report.

It's a great option for the small party, business get-togther or catering for a birthday, said the report.
