Boise gets its first dedicated food truck park in planned community

The Switchback, Boise's first dedicated food truck park, opened earlier this month at the corner of Old Hickory and Wolf Tree streets in Harris Ranch, a 1,300-acre planned community, and is open 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, according to an Idaho Statesman report.

The park, inspired by the Rayback Collective in Boulder, Colorado, and The Yard Food Park in Salem, Oregon, features artificial grass, picnic tables, umbrellas sun-shade sails, lawn games and weekend entertainment.
