Bozeman home to Vietnamese food truck

A Vietnamese food truck, Sun Dial, is up and running in Bozeman, Montana and celebrated its grand opening last week.

The truck is open for business from 4 p.m to 8 p.m., Thursday to Sunday, in the LARK Hotel parking lot, according to a Bozeman Daily Chronicle report.

The truck, which is owned by the hotel and run by Heather Marie, was launched to provide guests and staff a convenient food option.
