Breakfast food truck rolls into Colorado town

Foodies in Craig, Colorado looking for a new breakfast spot now have the Lola's Wheel's food truck to try out.

The truck, owned by Amanda Wooten, who runs it with her fiancé, Alex Sullins, opened for business in early September at 485 Riverview Ave., according to a Craig Press report.

The menu includes crafted breakfast sandwiches, breakfast tots as well as vegan options such as a quinoa bowl. There are also lunch items including burgers and a fried pork loin sandwich.
