Brewery gets green light for food truck operation

There will soon be a food truck at the Back Hill Beer Co. in Rochester, New Hampshire.

The brewery operation will house the truck at its Gonic Mill location, according to a report at the Foster's Daily Democrat.

The business had already received approval to have a food truck operating during special events. Now owner and brewer Peter LaPlante aims to have a food truck during all regular hours and bring in a variety of food trucks.

"It is cultural for brewers to have food trucks onsite," LaPlante told the news outlet. "People have asked about it, and we have been approached by food truck owners. We do have a kitchen on site, but I do not want to be a restaurant. I enjoy being a brewery."
