Brink POS, Deliverect integration aims to ease online order management

POS software provider ParTech Inc. is launching an online order management tool, called Deliverect, as part of its Brink POS.

Deliverect provides restaurants with an omnichannel approach to streamline orders from online and third-party sources. With the system, operators can click a button to do things like synchronizing order management systems or updating menus, according to a press release. Those features are augmented by multi-sourced data to assist in business decision-making to help improve order accuracy and save time and labor, with the goal of increasing revenue.

ParTech is a wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation.

"We're excited to welcome Deliverect into the growing Brink POS integration ecosystem," Stephen Lee, PAR director of strategic partnerships, said in the release. "Whenever we can help our customers modernize their operations while simplifying the online and third-party ordering process, it's a win for everyone."

Deliverect has processed more than 25 million orders worldwide, which has resulted in about 80% fewer order errors and 25% more revenue for participating restaurants, according to the release.
