Salmon Arm in British Columbia, Canada, is changing its laws to make nine city properties available to food trucks, according to the Salmon Arm Observer.
Food trucks will be permitted in specified spots — ranging from one to three per location, from March 1 to Oct. 31, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The food trucks will operate on a "first-arrival" basis.
The proposed locations include Blackburn Park, the Canoe ball diamonds, Fletcher Park, Klahani Park, Little Mountain, Marine Park, McGuire Lake, the recreation center and Hudson Avenue NE.
