Brunch food truck opening in Missouri town

Foodies yearning for brunch in Starkville, Missouri will soon have a new place to enjoy the meal.

The Easy Street Brunch Co. food truck aims to serve Starkville and local communities, according to a Kansas City Star report.

The owners, Doug Marcinkowska, Corey Patton and Madalyn Patton, hope to have it up and running by the end of the month.

"For us, choosing Starkville was easy," Madalyn Patton told the news outlet. "The community is constantly growing and we want to be a part of that growth. We believe starting a brunch food truck will add some diversity to the food scene here in Starkville."
