Last weekend was a rough one for some food trucks in Austin, Texas, as police received at least a dozen reports of food truck break-ins Saturday along South First Street, according to KVUE-TV.
Dan Schulman, the owner of South First Food Court, said four of the court's six food trucks were broken into. He said losses included broken vehicle handles, unplugged power, stolen iPads and missing cash. Schulman said he will increase security at the lot and urged food truck owners to improve security as well.
