Cajun food truck launches in North Carolina

Foodies in Asheville, North Carolina craving Cajun food will be happy to hear of a new food truck in business.

The Voodoo Roux, run and owned by cousins Emanuel Nunez and Brian Richards, had a soft opening in early December 2022, according to a Citizen Times report, and is awaiting permits to start operating.

"I had no idea that we would create the buzz that we did," Nunez told the news outlet. "We had a blast. I love cooking food, I love hearing the feedback from that and doing something right that people will enjoy. My favorite part is just being able to bring a piece of our home to here."
