Cali food truck owner launches brick-and-mortar presence in car wash location

A Fresno, California food truck operator has opened a restaurant and it's located inside a car wash.

The brick-and-mortar eatery comes 18 months after the Loving Seed food truck was launched and offers a wide menu of healthy food options, according to a report at The Fresno Bee. It's located in the Fresno Elite Car Wash on Herndon and West avenues.

The food truck and restaurant are owned by Justin Henry. The restaurant has a few indoor tables as well as a bar table for customers keeping an eye on their cars during the car wash process next door.

"We don't even bank on the car wash, that's just extra," Henry told the news outlet.
