California catering/construction veteran builds food trucks in his backyard

Sonny Paz, who has worked in metal framing and construction in addition to catering, is building food trucks and trailers in his backyard in Fresno, California, assisted by electricians, plumbers and other trades people, according to an ABC30.com report. 

Paz, who designs and frames he vehicles single handedly, is currently working on a vehicle for Mike's Pizzeria Lounge, which he said will be the first Italian food truck in Fresno. His company, Cuisintec, also does repairs and redesigns.
