California chef launches food truck

Chef Matt Andrews, founder of catering and consulting business Food + Familia, has launched a food truck under his brand in Dixon, California.

The food truck venture is a goal he's had for a long time, according to a report at The Reporter.

"I always wanted to start a food trailer or a food truck," he told the news outlet. "It was kind of one of the first big passions that I really wanted to do. I never worked in one before, but you see them all around everywhere."

The truck's menu features everything from bacon jam grilled cheese to spaghetti and meatballs to Korean BBQ bowls.

"The menu is gonna be a seasonal focus," Andrews told The Reporter. "I don't just want to do things that you can get in an everyday food truck, I want to make it so that you're having restaurant-quality food."
