California city to have a food truck court

A food truck court will open at the Anderson River Park in Anderson, California, beginning September 1, according to organizer Todd Franklin, Simpson University basketball coach, reported KRCR-TV.

Franklin said he has five to seven trucks already lined up. The trucks will be open on Friday nights from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. and on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
