The Steak Stop Food Truck, which had been serving up its gourmet steak at Hollister Farmer's Market in San Benito County, California, has found a fixed location within the city.

The truck, owned by Joseph Elmhorst, is actually the city's first licensed food truck, according to a Benito Link report, and will start serving Oct. 27 at 255 Apollo Way, near the county sheriff's building.

"I have grown to really love the food truck concept," Elmhorst told the news outlet. "You can engage with customers on a level that you can't in a restaurant. It increases the passion for what you are doing. I think that builds into the dynamic of the business model and I think it is a food movement that Hollister would welcome."
