California food truck launches brick-and-mortar location

The E&J's Mobile Kitchen, a food truck in Paradise, California, now has a physical brick-and-mortar location.

The restaurant, at 7655 Skyway, is a dream come true for food truck operator Elizabeth Jernberg, who launched her food truck business in 2018 despite a fire that decimated her first food truck purchase, according to an ActionNowNews report. The food truck operates at the same location.

She initially planned to open the restaurant in spring of 2020, but the COVID-19 pandemic put that idea on hold.
