California town to expand summer food truck event

The Food Truck Tuesdays that began this past fall in downtown Corning, California, will expand to four or five separate days this coming summer, City Manager Kristina Miller told the city council, according to the Daily News.

Official dates of the events will be announced, according to Miller, who said she envisions the event to continue annually.
