California woman trades flower sales for food truck operation

One of the newest food truck operators in Stockton, California is crazy excited about launching her food truck.

That's because it's a dream come true after many years working in flower sales for Erica Soriano.

Soriano is now the proud owner and proprietor of El Sobroso Tacos Y Mariscos. The first phrase, El Sobroso, means "the tasty," according to an ABC10 report.

For over five years she's worked six days a week, including cooking for several local taco trucks, to save up for her own taco truck business.
