Charlotte food truck adds 2 brick and mortar locations

King of Fire, a food truck with seven vehicles in Charlotte, North Carolina, plans to add two brick and mortar locations in the area. The trucks will remain in service as well, according to a report by WBTV.

Owner Siler Chapman is a renowned cook, having won the Trofeo Caputo Cup, Americana Division in Naples, Italy for The Honey Pie 2.0 pizza with bacon, pepperoni, red pepper flakes and local honey. Chapman also has created a cookbook called The Pursuit of Pizza.
