Chef couple debut heritage-focused food truck in Texas

The Fil N' Viet food truck, now serving Wednesday through Sunday via online orders only in East Austin, Texas, bids homage to its owners' heritage.

The food truck, owned by married chefs Kevin Truong and Rose Truong, offers up two cuisines — Vietnam and Filipino, representing the couple's native backgrounds, according to an Austin360 report.

Menu items includeeverything from tamarind wings to hamachi kinilaw and a custom-created version of bánh mì.
