Chicago food truck operation launching brick-and-mortar location

Aztech Dave's, a three-truck food truck business in Chicago, is getting ready to open its first brick-and-mortar restaurant in Humboldt Park.
The location, at 1143 N. California Ave., is nearly renovated and an opening date is not yet set, according to a Chicago Eater report.
"Our clientele and people in the neighborhood are very anxious and have been asking us about opening," owner Ramon Torres told the new outlet. "I'm asking people to have patience. I didn't want to rush for a less than 100% opening."
The restaurant will host community events.
"I hope the community will appreciate what we can put together in terms of a six-day-a-week restaurant with curated events, nice music and a good food and drink selection," Torres told Eater. "We want to be here for a long time."
