Cincinnati food truck operator is all about fresh, healthy and no profit

Ohio's first nonprofit food truck, Unbelievabowl, is not just about providing healthy food but providing healthy food to those who may not be able to afford healthy food.

The truck's executive director, Brandon Whitaker, said the truck will provide good nutrition options to those who don't have access to the traditional grocery store, according to a Local 12 report.

The truck's bowls provide a half day's fiber, 30 grams of protein and many are vegan or vegetarian and most are gluten free, according to the report.
